The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company

Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, First Aid UK Online Limitedreserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT

Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount by credit/debit card unless otherwise agreed in writing.Returns: All good must be returned to First Aid UK Online Limited in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery.

First Aid UK Online Limited reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition

Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. First Aid UK Online Limited reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days.This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied.In such an event, the product supplied by First Aid UK Online Limited will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Overseas Orders: First Aid UK Online Limited reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
